I am passionate in enhancing clients self care, self esteem, and self motivation, by using a compassionate and non-judgmental approach. I believe in empowering individuals to identify and achieve their goals. I have a multicultural background and am fluent in English and Chinese, and have provided mental health care with diverse populations in Hong Kong, Washington DC, and Portland, OR.
